ā”ļøĀ One exception:Ā Bandanas with any stitching defectsĀ can be exchanged only, within 30 days of purchase. We will not exchange, repair or refund any bandanas due to defects, chewing, tears or wear in fabric.
ā”ļøĀ Size exchanges:Ā if the wrong size was ordered, the buyer must contact Hen and Goose within 30 days of purchase date. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The buyer is also responsible for a $5.00 re-stocking and shipping fee. All returned items must be received by Hen and Goose prior to shipment of a replacement item. The original bandana must be in excellent condition at the time of exchange. The buyer is responsible for purchasing tracking when sending the bandana back to us and when we send the adjusted bandana back to the buyer. If the bandana is lost on its way to us or on its way back to the buyer, Hen and Goose will not be responsible for a replacement or refund.
ā”ļøĀ Cancellations:Ā cancellations will only be applied if requested within 2 hours of order.
ā”ļøĀ Lost Packages: Please contact us if you feel your package has been lost on route no soonerĀ thanĀ 30 days after shipping. Please consider purchasing the tracking add-on for $10. No refunds will be issued if tracking hasn't been purchased. If your package is deemed lost and we agree to send a replacement, the buyer is responsible for purchasing the tracking add on before the replacement is sent (if tracking wasn't purchased initially). Each situation will be handledĀ on a case by case basis. Refunds/replacements are notĀ guaranteed if tracking hasn't been purchased.Ā
